PisaMate only works when everyone treats each other with respect. These guidelines apply everywhere on the platform — profiles, trips, and messages.

Be real

Use your real name, recent photos of yourself, and honest information about your trips and interests.

Be respectful

No harassment, hate speech, slurs, or unwanted sexual content. Treat every traveler the way you'd want to be treated.

Never send money

Do not send money, gift cards, crypto, or share bank details with other members — no matter how compelling the story. Real travelers won't ask.

Keep it on-platform

Get to know your match on PisaMate before moving to other apps. Report suspicious behavior early.

Meet safely

Choose public places, tell a friend, and trust your instincts. Leave if you feel unsafe.

Enforcement

Breaking these rules can lead to warnings, account suspension, or permanent removal. Serious safety issues may be reported to authorities where appropriate.
