Terms of Service

This page is maintained by PisaMate to describe how our service works. It is a general template — the PisaMate team should review and adapt it with legal counsel before relying on it commercially.

1. Eligibility

PisaMate is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm you meet this age requirement and can enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information, for keeping your credentials safe, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Impersonation, duplicate accounts, and misrepresentation are prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use PisaMate to harass, defraud, solicit money, share explicit content, promote illegal activity, or violate the rights of others. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

4. Trips and matches

PisaMate introduces travelers; it does not organize, endorse, or supervise trips. Any meetings, travel plans, or arrangements between users are entered into at your own risk and responsibility.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post but grant PisaMate a non-exclusive license to host and display it as needed to operate the service.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable law.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PisaMate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from meetings between users.
